  • Return Window:  30 days from delivery
  • Refund Processing time:  up to 14 business days after receipt.
  • Return Shipping:  Customer is responsible for shipping costs and return label.

Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to make a return. Items must be in their original condition, unused and with their tags and packaging.

How to make a return - step by step

  • Contact Us:  Email us  info@diquefashion.com to request a return form and return address.  
  • Prepare your Items:  Repack your items securely, preferably in their original packaging.
  • Shipping the Return:  Use a trackable shipping method to send the package. Keep the tracking information until we confirm receipt.
  • Refund or Exchange:  Once we have received and inspected your items, we will process the refund.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your return. Once the refund is approved, we will send you a confirmation email and the funds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Return Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers. We recommend using a reliable and traceable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your items.

Non-Returnable Items

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Products showing signs of use, wear or deterioration cannot be returned. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please feel free to contact us at  info@diquefashion.com for clarification.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. However, you can always return your order within 30 days and place a new order for the desired product.

Have you received damaged or incorrect items?

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us at  info@diquefashion.com with a photo and details of the problem. We will take care of it promptly.
